Why is there an option to select a patient's phone carrier?

By entering each patients phone carrier, you are able to send mass text messages to your patients in order to advertise specials and/or promotions, etc. This is a requirement in order to use the text message feature. Click here for video instructions.

Does the cell phone carrier need to be listed for the text blast to work?

Yes. In order for patients to receive you text message blasts, they have to have their cell phone carrier selected. This can be done when either entering a new patient, or going back and finding the patient and editing their profile.

What is a Custom Patient Barcode?

When entering a new patient, it is not necessary to fill this section out, but you can if you have any type of patient number, such as a loyalty card. mmjmenu will automatically assign each patient a customized number for you regardless if choose not to fill out this field or not. The mmjmenu number can be found when you print that patient’s ID card. You can scan the barcode to search for a patient. If you choose to enter a custom number in the Custom Patient Barcode section of a patient’s information, you can search for a patient using that number and pressing enter in the search bar. Otherwise, the only way to view your custom number is to Edit a patient’s information and scroll down to where the number was entered.

Click the Patient tab/link on the left-hand side when you are logged into the main page of mmjmenu. You will see all of the patients you have entered. Click “Print Patient ID Cards” on the right-hand side of the Patient page. You can then choose the correct template at the top of the screen. Then, you can either add patients individually by clicking “Add Patients” and searching for the particular cards you would like to print. You can also print all patients in your database by clicking “Full Page” instead. You can then choose to add photos and/or your public page link for patient online ordering. Click “Generate Label” to print.

How can I view a patient's entire purchase history?

Click on the Patient tab/link on the left-hand side of the mmjmenu homepage when you are logged in. Click on a particular patient. Then, click the See Patient History tab/link on the right-hand side.

How can I view patient's whose cards are expiring?

Click on the “Patient” tab/link on the left-hand side of the menu homepage when you are logged in. On the right-hand side of the main patient page, click on the tab/link that says “Patiens with Expiring Cards” to view all patients whose expiration dates have entered into their profile that have expired. Under that tab, you can see patients who card are expiring within a certain amount of time.

Click the “Options” tab/link on the left-hand side of the mmjmenu homepage when you are logged in. Then, click the “Patients” tab/link on the right-hand side of the page. Under the “Patiens Notice” heading, you can type in the amount of days and all Patients Cards that are expiring within that amount of days will appear on the list (only if the expiration dates of your patients cards have been entered in the patient profile).

What is the Points Program?

The points program lets your patients earn points based on the amount of money they spend. Then they can redeem the points for discounts during a visit. In the "Options" tab, you can choose how much a patient much spend or donate to earn 1 point. You can also choose how many points must be redeemed for a $1 discount

For example, if you give your patients 1 point per $1 spent, and you set 20 points equal to $1. Patients will have to spend $20 to earn a $1 discount.
